Session 3: Procrastination, Productivity, & Resting without Guilt

We avoid, make excuses, and say we’ll do it later, we promise! But we wait until the last moment until go-mode kicks in. This pendulum between avoidance, hyperproductivity, and guilt is so hard to break!

In this session, we will discuss what triggers procrastination and hyperfixation and why it is so hard to rest without feeling guilt or shame. We will identify Executive Functioning skills and strategies to determine manageable productivity goals and to acknowledge when it’s time to rest.
