That’s why we created Group Executive Functioning Sessions.
We hear it all the time: Do other adults with ADHD experience the same things as me? Am I the only one who struggles like this? It just seems like it’s so much easier for everyone else.
We get that under the umbrella of executive dysfunction lives abandoned routines, unused planners, missed deadlines, cluttered spaces, laundry that was never put away, texts that were never responded to, unwieldy emails, and more. We know all about the pendulum swing between procrastination and manic working sprees. We get that you care so much but cannot do everything you need to do in a way that feels reasonable. We get that you are tired but feel guilty when you don’t work.
We understand that ADHD can exacerbate anxiety and decision fatigue, cue perfectionism, and result in inconsistent motivation, driving feelings of overwhelm and shame.
We know. We get it. We understand.
you are not alone.
