Here are the Basics.

We will meet Tuesdays 6-7pm CST, starting January 21st and going through March 4th.

How do I sign up?

It’s easy! Sign up using the Calendly link below:

How many people are allowed to participate?

There will be no more than 10 participants allowed per group.

How long are the sessions?

Each session will be 60 minutes and will allow time for psychoeducation on that week’s topic, practical strategy instruction, and room to discuss and process with your fellow session participants.

Where do the sessions take place?

The workshop will be virtual, and you will receive a Zoom link when you sign up via Calendly.

How much does it cost?

The total cost of the seven session groups is $525.

How do I pay?

When you sign up via Calendly, you will be asked to pay then.

What if I can’t make or miss a session?

We understand things come up and look forward to seeing you at the next one! That said, as these are finite sessions, there are no refunds given for missing a session.

Because we are limiting our group to 10 participants, we want to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their experience, and that will best occur if everyone participates consistently. We value your cooperation and thank you for your understanding.

Who is leading the Group?

The group sessions will be hosted by Jessica Rae Shore, Founder & Chief Executive Functioning Specialist at Encompass. Jessica has over 14 years of experience in supporting students, parents, and people of all ages who struggle with their EF. She specializes in supporting the neurodivergent community and those who struggle with anxiety disorders and other mental health challenges. She is also certified in the Nurtured Heart Approach.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, the sessions will not be recorded. While we are not HIPAA compliant, as we are not a therapy practice, we do abide by the same guidelines as part of our ethical and professional policy. To that end, all participants will be asked to sign a consent form upon registering.

Here’s what you can expect to gain.

What will we actually do during each group session?

Each session will be comprised of:

  • Executive Functioning & Communication Strategies that will allow you to better navigate that week’s topic and to communicate effectively with those around you, whether that be in your personal or professional life.

  • Space to share and discuss with the other participants in order to gain perspective on your own experiences within a safe and compassionate community.

What are the different session topics?
