Session 2: Motivation: What props it up and what depletes it.

“I want to do it; I need to do it; I just don’t have the motivation to do it.” Sound familiar? 

In this session, we will unpack the three pillars that prop up or deplete our motivation: value metrics, Executive Functioning, and our feelings. We will also learn mindfulness strategies to investigate why we may be lacking motivation as well as the necessary skills to reinvigorate it.
